Jaipur: The Jaipur Municipal Corporation-Greater (JMC-G) administration sent notices to over 460 families on Wednesday Mansarovar Middle RoadIn order to remove the illegal construction within seven days as directed Rajasthan High Court,
In the notice, the family members have been told that if the construction is not removed within seven days, the corporation will take action to remove them.
The high court had directed JMC Greater to identify illegal constructions, issue notices, take action against them and submit a compliance report to the court. Officials said the notices have been sent as directed by the High Court.
Commercial activities were going on from some of the houses for which notices were sent residential property, officials said. Taking action against illegal encroachments, the corporation had earlier this month sealed shops in the area.
