Chandigarh: The Chandigarh Housing Board ,chb) sold 10 properties out of 136 in its e-auction that concluded on Tuesday, earning Rs 5.19 crore. Eight Residential Out of 44 freehold properties successfully auctioned.
Of the 92 commercial leasehold properties on offer, only two received bids. Both are located in Sector 49B. Each with a reserve price of Rs 43.03 lakh fetched Rs 46.51 lakh.
In the residential segment, the highest prices were fetched by two-bedroom units in Sector 51A. 1.03 crore against the reserve price of Rs 95.34 lakh.
An EWS housing unit in Sector 38W was the cheapest property with a successful bid of Rs 25.49 lakh against the reserve price of Rs 25.47 lakh.
