Kanpur: On the occasion of Holi, KDA Launched 333 commercial/non-residential plots through e-auction in its various schemes. Interested residents of the city can participate in the e-auction.
KDA wise plots are available in Mahavir Nagar Extension, Shatabdi Nagar YojanaSwarna Jayanti Vihar and Bhagirathi-Janvi Nagar schemes.
Earlier, KDA had sold 1101,101 and 401 residential, non-residential plots through e-auction. Applicant has to register himself on KDA website for e-auction
E-Auction Portal and Registration is mandatory. The minimum area of the plot is 24.6 square meters while the maximum area is 5500 square meters. meter.
