“For TPS 9 and TPS 10, IDA had received a total of 599 claims and objections. They have been resolved. Hence, the board gave approval for the development of both the plans. The proposal has been sent to the state government for final approval.
“As decided, New Tilak Nagar will remain a part of TPS 9, but IDA will not have possession of the colony land. It will impose development charges on property owners,” he said, adding that the development charges are yet to be assessed. It is expected to be around Rs 200 to Rs 300 per sq ft.
IDA has planned TPS 9 in 263 hectares of land spread over Bichauli Hapsi, Kanadia and Tigaria Badshah area and has received a total of 490 claims and objections against it. Of these, about 100 claim objections were related to New Tilak Nagar.
TPS 10 is proposed on 221 hectares of land spread over Bada Bangdada, Palakhedi, Tigaria Badshah and Limbodagari villages. A total of 109 claims and objections were received against it.
In the meeting, the board approved the appointment of a consultant for the proposed Startup Park in an area of about 20 acres.
“The foundation stone for the startup park is likely to be laid in the next three months. The Board has decided to change the land use of a plot at Nainod on Super Corridor (Kaksra No. 322, 324). residential To commercialize building a convention center,” said the board chairman.
He said that the proposal has been sent to the state government for approval.
Chavda said: The first phase of an under-construction swimming pool in Scheme 94 (Sector F) has been completed, while the board has sanctioned Rs 29.5 lakh for the facility to get the approval of the International Swimming Federation to hold international level sports events. has been approved. ,
