Amway Global CEO sells flat in Gurugram for Rs 19 crore

Amway Global CEO Milind Pant sold an apartment in the magnolias 18.9 crore in Gurgaon, documents accessed through real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix showed.

The owner of the apartment was Amrita Pant, Milind’s wife, and she sold it through a power of attorney.

According to market sources, the apartment is approximately 6,500 sq ft in size and was sold in October last year for around Rs 30,000 per sq ft. The current resale is happening at Rs 40,000 per sq ft as the pieces have appreciated on DLF Super luxury condominium. Amway Global declined to comment on the deal.
