A pre-bid meeting was held online and several local and national level developers participated and showed their interest in the proposal, he said.
Officials said that the last date for submission of e-bids is October 24.
Vice President, RLDA, Ved Prakash Dudeja Said that the proposed land plots located near the railway station are ideal for commercial development.
He said, “Katra, with its thriving tourism industry, offers a lot of scope to develop this land parcel into a commercial or retail area. Its strategic location is the key to any commercial development carried out on this land parcel. enough people to offer.”
Officials said the site is located along the station road north-east of Katra railway station and is well connected to all parts of the city.
