Minerva is a 91-storey and over 300-metre high-rise building with 372 apartments out of which 200 units are already completed. The project has received partial OC till the 51st habitable floor, and over 200 home buyers will be moving in soon. The rehabilitation component of the project is also nearing completion.
designed by Hafeez ContractorThe Vantage series comprises 4-BHK apartments starting from the 54th floor upwards. With a salable area of 11.6 lakh sq ft, the remaining inventory is expected to have a revenue potential of over Rs 1,500 crore.
The project, which was launched in 2010, is funded by Indiabulls Housing Finance And PAGAn APAC-focused investment firm.
