Agarwal joins the likes of Sunil Vachani, chairman of Dixon Technologiesand Vishwaveer Ahuja, Former Chairman and Managing Director RBL BankIn buying bungalows at Golf Links after the pandemic.
According to documents accessed by Zapkey.com, Agarwal paid ₹3.75 crore in stamp duty for the transaction, which was registered in November 2022.
Pradeep Prajapati, real estate consultant for the luxury segment, said, “There is a paucity of bungalows available in Golf Links and many transactions have taken place after the lockdown. The demand should continue.
Aggarwal declined to comment on the deal.
