Noida: City residents will soon be able to see information related to group housing projects on one click. Noida Authority It plans to upload details of all group housing projects on its website, including their completion status and possession certificates, dues, disputes and registry of flats.
The authority has also decided to initiate action against those developers who are yet to pay the dues.
CEO on Monday Ritu Maheshwari Instructed the Group Housing Department to upload the group housing details immediately. He directed the officials to initiate action against defaulter builders for recovery as per the terms of the lease deed, including cancellation of allotment of plots, sealing of unsold flats and attachment of bank accounts.
