Chennai: Managed Office and Coworking Space Provider work easy space solutions private Limited (workeasy) will expand the city by adding another 1.9 lakh square feet with a capacity of 4,000 seats. This will take the company’s total capacity in the city to over 12,000 seats spread over six lakh square feet.
The company has signed up for three new buildings for this purpose, with new centers on a 200 ft radial road to be known as ‘WorkEZ the Address’. Pallavaram‘WorkEZ Chambers’ Guindy‘ and ‘WorkEasy Clubhouse’ Anna Salai,
Sunil Reddy, Co-Founder and Managing Director, WorkEZ said, they aim to grow to 100 centers across the country by 2027. Over the next five years, the company is looking at leasing 5 to 6 million sq ft of office space in various metros and tier 2 and tier 3 towns and cities.
The new facilities at Guindy and Anna Salai, which will be operational by October and December respectively, are at full throttle, said Prathap Murali Krishnan, business head, WorkEZ. “Work’s the Address has a commitment of 50% occupancy and will be fully occupied when it is ready by November,” he said.
